We want you to feel good about your purchase. If When God Feels Silent or any of our materials is not for you, we will refund you in full.
You have 90 days from your purchase date to request a refund. For any reason, or no reason at all. No forms. No phone calls. No "exit survey."
Email hello@lucasgrayson.shop from the address you bought with, or put your Paddle order number in the subject line. We process refunds the same business day, Monday through Friday. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. The refund is issued through Paddle, our merchant of record, and funds typically return to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Keep whatever you downloaded. We do not ask you to delete files or return anything. We trust you.
An approved refund or a chargeback closes Your Library for that bundle: its ebooks, audiobooks and other items stop opening in the app. Everything you downloaded before stays yours.
The membership is billed per period and renews until you cancel it in Your Library (Account, the Bible AI membership card). Cancel any time: your access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that. Charged by mistake, or forgot to cancel? Email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund that payment.
Refunds outside the 90-day window are handled case by case. Email us and we will do what we reasonably can.
When you purchase a digital bundle and access it immediately, you waive the standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB and the equivalent UK rules. Our voluntary 90-day refund policy applies in its place and is more generous than the statutory minimum.
