We sell digital devotional bundles, delivered through our web app, Your Library (app.his-silence.com). Depending on the bundle, that is the two 40 day devotionals When God Feels Silent and When God Feels Near as ebooks and audiobooks, printable materials, the Ethiopian Bible, The Classic Library (a curated collection of public-domain Christian classics), the Share, Print & Resell License, and The Art Collection of printable artworks. Everything is delivered electronically: you read, listen and download inside the app, on any device, for as long as we operate it, and most items can also be downloaded to keep.
Our products offer devotional reading and spiritual encouragement. They are not a substitute for pastoral counseling, professional mental health care, or medical treatment. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, or thoughts of harming yourself, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis line in your country right away (for example, 988 in the US, or the Telefonseelsorge at 0800 111 0 111 in Germany).
All prices are shown in US dollars, or in your local currency where supported. Checkout and payment are operated by our merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd, London, UK, and Paddle.com Inc. for US customers). Paddle is the authorised reseller of our products: it takes your payment, issues your invoice and handles applicable VAT and sales tax. Orders placed before our switch to Paddle were processed by Payhip Ltd under the same terms. Your order is confirmed by email and your bundle is available in Your Library straight away; if it is not, email hello@lucasgrayson.shop.
Your purchase is tied to the email address you use at checkout. You open Your Library by signing in with that email address and the password you chose at checkout, or with a one-time sign-in link we email you on request; earlier orders may still use the access code from their order email. You may use your library on all of your own devices. Your access is personal: please do not share your sign-in, your codes or your account with people outside your household. We may suspend access that is being shared or used in breach of these Terms. If you lose access, email us and we will restore it.
We offer a 90-day full refund on all products, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy.
When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own household. You may not redistribute, resell, copy for others, post publicly, or use our products to train AI models. Doing so terminates your license and may lead to legal action.
Exception: The Classic Library bundle includes an extended license (the Share, Print & Resell License) that permits you to print, share, and teach from the materials, including in your church, small group, or ministry. Even under the extended license, you may not resell the digital files themselves or present the work as your own authorship.
All content on this website and in our products, including text, images, design, and the "When God Feels Silent" name, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Our site and products are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Every person's spiritual journey is different, and what you take from the materials depends on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to our products or site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect. When you purchase a digital product and access it immediately, you expressly waive the standard 14-day EU withdrawal period under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB. Our 90-day refund policy applies instead and is more generous than the statutory minimum.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not voluntarily do so.
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
