We sell digital devotional bundles, delivered through our web app, Your Library (app.his-silence.com). Depending on the bundle, that is the 2 40-day devotionals When God Feels Silent and When God Feels Near as ebooks and audiobooks, printable materials, the Ethiopian Bible, The Classic Library (a curated collection of public-domain Christian classics), the Share, Print & Resell License, and The Art Collection of printable artworks. Everything is delivered electronically: you read, listen and download inside the app, on any device, for as long as we operate it, and most items can also be downloaded to keep.
Bible AI is a separate, optional membership. It is not part of any bundle, and your purchased bundles never depend on it. The membership adds Ask the Bible, the personal prayers of the journey and the AI Image Creator to Your Library. The price and the billing interval (monthly or yearly) are shown at checkout; the monthly plan starts with a free first month for new members, the yearly plan does not. The membership renews automatically at the end of each paid period until you cancel it. You cancel in Your Library (Account, the Bible AI membership card): your access then runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing renews after that. Each member has a fair-use allowance of AI answers (a number of questions per day and a monthly allowance, both reset automatically); when it is used up, Bible AI pauses until the next period. Answers come from an AI model: they can be wrong, incomplete or out of context, and they are not pastoral, medical, legal or financial advice. Refunds of membership payments are described in our Refund Policy. The AI Image Creator makes 1 painting a week with any bundle and 30 a month with the membership.
Our products offer devotional reading and spiritual encouragement. They are not a substitute for pastoral counseling, professional mental health care, or medical treatment. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, or thoughts of harming yourself, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis line in your country right away (for example, 988 in the US, or the Telefonseelsorge at 0800 111 0 111 in Germany).
All prices are shown in US dollars, or in your local currency where supported. Checkout and payment are operated by our merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd, London, UK, and Paddle.com Inc. for US customers). Paddle is the authorized reseller of our products: it takes your payment, issues your invoice and handles applicable VAT and sales tax. Orders placed before our switch to Paddle were processed by Payhip Ltd under the same terms. Your order is confirmed by email and your bundle is available in Your Library straight away; if it is not, email hello@lucasgrayson.shop.
Your purchase is tied to the email address you use at checkout. You open Your Library by signing in with that email address and the password you chose at checkout. If you forget the password, the sign-in page emails you a reset link on request. You may use your library on all of your own devices. Your access is personal: please do not share your sign-in, your codes or your account with people outside your household. We may suspend access that is being shared or used in breach of these Terms. If you lose access, email us and we will restore it.
We offer a 90-day full refund on all bundles, no questions asked. An approved refund or a chargeback closes Your Library for that bundle; what you downloaded before stays yours. Membership payments are refunded as described in our Refund Policy.
When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own household. You may not redistribute, resell, copy for others, post publicly, or use our products to train AI models. Doing so terminates your license and may lead to legal action.
Exception: the Complete Library bundle includes an extended license (the Share, Print & Resell License) for the 2 devotionals and their printables only, not for the classics or the Ethiopian Bible. It permits you to print them, share and teach from printed copies, and sell printed copies, including in your church, small group or ministry. Even under the extended license, you may not sell or pass on the digital files themselves or present the work as your own authorship.
All content on this website and in our products, including text, images, design, and the "When God Feels Silent" name, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law.
You agree not to use our site or products to:
Your Library includes a community where members post prayer requests, answered prayers, stories and comments. Posts and comments are visible to every member under the community name you choose; your email address is never shown. Anything you post must be your own and must not name other people by their full names, and it must not contain politics, hostility, links, email addresses, phone numbers or requests for money. Members can report a post or a comment; a post that several members report is hidden automatically. We may remove any post or comment that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that keep breaking them. To ask for a post to be removed, write to hello@lucasgrayson.shop.
By posting you allow us to show your post to the other members and to keep it until you remove it or delete your account. You keep the rights to what you write. The community is a place of prayer, not professional care: if you are in danger, call your local emergency number.
Our site and products are provided "as is." We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Every person's spiritual journey is different, and what you take from the materials depends on many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to our products or site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect. When you purchase a digital product and access it immediately, you expressly waive the standard 14-day EU withdrawal period under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB. Our 90-day refund policy applies instead and is more generous than the statutory minimum.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not voluntarily do so.
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
